2. Question: Samples: do you supply sample before order?
Answer: Yes,we do,but the number is limited,normally 1-3 pairs according to our stock,but pls ask your own courier to fetch them,FEDEX,DHL,TNT,etc,if you have no your own courier,we will ask express fee between 50usd to 100usd according to the weight of samples via western union or money gram.
3. Question: What's your payment way?
Answer: T/T 30% desposit,70% balance;L/C at sight,Master Card,Wester Unin or Money Gram if the amount is below 1500usd.
4. Question: What's your shipment way?
Answer: By sea:around 30 days,By air:around 10 days,By express:cost around 5 days.
5. Question: What's your minimum quantity required?
Answer: 1200pairs/one shipment,but you can select several models,pls check:
plastic: 1200pairs/per model,can include 2 colors.
acetate: 300pairs/per model,can include 3 colors.
metal: 300pairs/per model,can include 3 colors.
6. Question: Can i print my logo on eyeglasses,sunglasses for intance??
Answer: Of course,you are welcomed to print it in the temples,lense,cases and pouches etc.
7. Question: Do you supply eyeglasses cases also?
Answer: Yes,if you need,we will match the suitable case for your eyewear.
8. Question: Can you customize my design?
Answer: Yes,it is welcomed,we can open new model for your design,we commit to do the best for your sample,but the model fee will be on your account.and it can be repayed once the quantity reach target quantity,like 20000pairs for plastic frame.
9. Question: Have you got FDA,CE certificate?
Answer: Yes,we do,we export our goods to Europen coutries and American countries,Australia etc.
10. Question: Do you offer other service except eyeglasses,like buying machines or material?
Answer: Yes,our customer often ask us to do it.
